Ingredients
2 cups moong dal
1 cup raw mango
1/2 cup coconut
1 inch ginger
2 green chillies
Salt as required
1 tbsp lemon juice
Recipe
Into a bowl, add 2 cups moong dal and water. Soak the moong dal for 1 hour.
Into soaked moong dal, add 1 cup of raw mango finely chopped, 1/2 cup of coconut finely chopped, chopped ginger, chopped chillies and salt as required.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix all these well.
Enjoy this tasty and healthy prasadham.
