Ingredients
2 tbsp grated coconut
6 chillies
1 raw mango
1 small piece of jaggery
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp jeera
1 inch ginger
1/2 tsp mustard
1 strand curry leaves
Rock salt as required
1 tsp oil
Recipe
Into a blender, add 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp jeera, 1 inch ginger, 6 chillies, rock salt as required and blend all the ingredients.
Add chopped mangoes part by part and blend the mixture.
Add 1 small piece of jaggery and blend. Blend until the chutney is finely blended and do not add water while blending.
Take the chutney into a bowl. Into a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1 strand curry leaves and mix everything well.
Add this tadka onto the chutney and you can serve this chutney with hot rotis and dosas.
