This great snack can be made in a jiffy and you can also opt for preparing whenever you feel like munching something spicy. It makes for a perfect evening snack that can be taken with a cup of tea or coffee!!

Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 lemon
Salt as required
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 cup groundnuts, boiled for 4 whistles
Recipe
Take a bowl and add 1 onion, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt as required, 1 tsp red chilli powder and boiled groundnuts.
Squeeze one lemon and mix and all the ingredients well.
Ready to serve.
