Healthy Snack – Groundnut Masala | Senaga Kayala Masala

This great snack can be made in a jiffy and you can also opt for preparing whenever you feel like munching something spicy. It makes for a perfect evening snack that can be taken with a cup of tea or coffee!!

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup groundnuts, boiled for 4 whistles

Recipe

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 onion, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt as required, 1 tsp red chilli powder and boiled groundnuts.
  2. Squeeze one lemon and mix and all the ingredients well.
  3. Ready to serve.
