Ingredients
250g black gram/kaala channa, boiled (4 whistles)
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
2 lemons
Salt as required
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves
Recipe
Into a bowl, add 1 onion, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 tomato, 2 green chillies, salt as required, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp red chilli powder and 250g boiled kaala channa/black gram.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Squeeze 2 lemons into the bowl and mix everything well.
Enjoy the dish.
