Ingredients

  • 250g black gram/kaala channa, boiled (4 whistles)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves

Recipe

  1. Into a bowl, add 1 onion, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 tomato, 2 green chillies, salt as required, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp red chilli powder and 250g boiled kaala channa/black gram.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Squeeze 2 lemons into the bowl and mix everything well.
  4. Enjoy the dish.
